Goods leave the warehouse within 24 hours of receiving your PO. Arrival depends on the destination city and customs clearance — always confirmed in writing on the quote.

Stock items can be exchanged within 7 days of the transfer of risk. Where the exchange is for something cheaper, the difference is not refunded in cash.
Claims close 3 months after the date risk transfers.
